These General Terms and Conditions set forth the basic terms and conditions governing the catering services provided by Hungarian Flavours Restaurant, as well as reservations and order requests made by phone or email.

2. The Website and the Nature of the Contract

The website is designed to showcase the restaurant, the menu, and contact information, as well as to facilitate communication. The website's current test version does not send orders, reservations, or personal information to the operator.

The information provided on this website does not in and of itself constitute automatic acceptance of an offer. A contract is formed when the operator expressly confirms the reservation, order, or other service request by phone, email, or other verifiable means, and the parties agree on the essential terms.

3. Reservations and Order Requests

1. The customer submits their request by phone or email.
2. The operator shall agree on the scope, quantity, timing, price, method of performance, and terms of payment for the service.
3. A reservation or order is considered accepted only upon express confirmation.
4. The customer is required to provide true and accurate contact information and to notify us immediately of any changes to their requirements.

4. Menu, Prices, and Contact Information

The product selection and prices listed on the website are for informational purposes only. The current, confirmed price and availability are binding. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are in Hungarian forints and represent the gross amount payable by the consumer.

The operator may modify the product offering due to stock shortages, seasonal changes, supplier issues, or quality concerns. Substitute products or significant modifications may only be implemented after the customer has been informed and has given their consent.

5. Performance

Consumption on the premises: based on the restaurant's current hours and capacity.

7. Amendments, Cancellations, and the Right of Withdrawal

The customer is required to clearly indicate any known food allergies or special dietary requirements before placing an order or making a reservation. The operator provides allergen information based on the actual recipe and kitchen processes. Complete freedom from cross-contamination can only be guaranteed if the operator expressly confirms this in writing.

9. Defective Performance and Complaint Handling

The customer shall report any quality or performance issues as soon as possible so that the operator can investigate them on-site or within a short period of time.

As a general rule, the company will respond substantively to a written complaint within 30 days. It will retain the complaint documents and a copy of the response for 5 years.

12. Governing Law and Final Provisions

Legal relationships are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code, consumer protection laws, and e-commerce regulations. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
